 Roscoe is a multi-instrumentalist, Blue Grass musician, singer-songwriter and successful music instructor with a home base in Alcoa/Maryville, TN.  Roscoe released a new solo album in 2021, entitled "The Peaceful Absence Of Ambition" and is doing a few shows in support of that project. Roscoe is also the mandolinist and tenor/lead vocalist in the great Blue Grass band Clearview.
