My business hours are 2-7 PM Monday-Thursday, with morning lessons scheduled on Fridays, 9 am-2 pm. I maintain a cap of 50 students per week. If you are on a waiting list, you are waiting for someone to vacate their lessons with me, so please hang with me.
I have been teaching private music lessons at my office in the Alcoa/Maryville, TN area for 28 years and counting. After working in the same location for almost 22 years, I moved to my own private facility (Roscoe Morgan School Of Music) in December 2019. I am now conveniently located in Alcoa, TN, at 369 Sanderson St, Suite 5, Alcoa TN 37701.
You can learn how to play mandolin, guitar (electric or acoustic, almost all styles), dobro, banjo, fiddle, bass (electric and acoustic), and ukulele. I can help your group sound better with performance clinics and vocal harmony training. I focus on practical music theory and I do custom transcription (TAB or standard notation) so that you can learn that instrument solo of your choice.
My rate is $120.00 per month for 4 half-hour or two one-hour sessions (PLEASE NOTE that one-hour sessions must be during the beginning or end of a teaching day, and my cut-off time is 7 PM).
